In 1973, Aier Skin Care Research Center was founded by Aier Japus, a specialist in biochemistry, in Paris in France. The center specializes in research in product formula for OYIUD Cosmetics Company. Soon after the products of OYIUD Company come into the market, they are greatly favored by female consumers and have become the best seller which has made incredible sales achievements.

In 1978, Aier Skin Care Research Center merges with OYIUD Company and OYD Cosmetics (international) franchise has come into being. The company integrates R&D, production and sales together, introducing modern management system and the operation model of franchising. With the increasing market demand, OYD Company set ups OYD Cosmetics (Hong Kong) Company to expand the China market.
